Paperwork Only

Flat $50–$75 CAD / week. Ideal client: Carriers who prefer booking their own loads and want help with the office work. Included scope: Broker setup, Carrier packets, Invoicing, Rate confirmation processing.

Standard Percentage — Most Popular

5%–8% gross revenue per load. Ideal client: Solo owner-operators looking to pursue higher-paying freight without a rate or earnings guarantee. Included scope: Real-time load board hunting, Rate negotiation, Broker vetting, Factoring support, 24/7 dedicated contact.

Fleet / Premium

Custom quote or flat $200–$300 CAD / week cap per truck. Ideal client: Multi-truck operations, new authorities or specialized equipment such as reefers and hotshots; service fit must be confirmed. Included scope: Multi-truck optimization, Route and fuel planning, IFTA preparation support, Dedicated dispatch team manager.

Confirm the written terms

All dollar prices are CAD. Fleet / Premium’s weekly cap applies per truck. Standard Percentage includes 24/7 dedicated contact; the public office schedule remains unchanged. Confirm the final rate, scope and dedicated-contact arrangements in writing. Selecting a tier is a preference for discussion, not a contract, invoice or payment authorization.

Questions to ask

Confirm linehaul-only versus total gross, fuel surcharge and accessorial treatment, minimum revenue and load requirements, setup fees, negotiation, paperwork, disputes and support arrangements. Agree on responsibilities and documentation in writing.
